While I am flexible in how I work and I  tailor the service to meet the needs of individuals, in general the types of service that I offer include:

• Assessment / Consultation
• Psychotherapy (short & long-term)
• EMDR Therapy
• Addiction Counselling for individuals
• Addiction Counselling for family support

Counselling sessions are for one hour and my fee is  €60 per session.

I am based near Enniskeane, in West Cork.
